Ken Klee (D) traded from Toronto to NJ for prospect Alexander Suglobov

The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded defenceman Ken Klee to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for prospect Alexander Suglobov.
Klee became expendable when the Leafs acquired Luke Richardson from the Columbus Blue Jackets for a conditional draft pick earlier in the day.
The 34-year-old blueliner, who just returned from an ankle injury, has scored three goals and added 12 assists in 56 games this season. He will become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
Suglobov has 25 goals and 23 assists in 51 games with the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League.
