Following two days of meetings in Toronto, the NHLPA issued a report to its membership, a communication which the NHL also got its hands on, sparking a sharp retort from the NHL's Bill Daly. "If what has been forwarded to me is accurate, its very disappointing, to say the least," Daly said in a communication to Sportsnet.
